How can you make butter stay soft?!

Question: How can you make butter stay soft!?
Does anyone know the technique of beating butter with a small amount of water to make it stay soft and spreadable!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just keep it at room temp!.

Otherwise, you can beat cold butter w/ warm water, which whips in air!.!.!. usually 2 parts butter to 1 part water, or maybe 1? parts water!.!.!. this cuts down on calories, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Butter and water don't emulsify (mix) so you have to add something like soy lecithin to help water and fat to mix, or another emulsifier!. You can find this at your local heath store!.

If you do go that route, I would suggest olive oil instead of water, and emulsify with soy lecithin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definite thumbs up on the butter crock!. Another option is mix equal parts room-temperature butter with olive oil in a blender or food processor!. It will stay soft even in the fridge!. Then you can add spices to it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raise the temperature on your fridge, or don't store in in the fridge at all!!. I've also heard some people wrap the stick of butter in a large towel, so it doesn't get so cold, but I've never tried it myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

put it on my butt crack for warmth for abuot 10 - 15 minutes and then take it out, mash the butter up untill smooth and enjoy!. it tastes better with the actual anus hairs but, you know, its your choice!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
