Make a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, that's what he wants!.
But make it look better by piping some vanilla frosting around the edges and stuff (you can get piping kits at the grocery store) and use sugar decorations from the grocery store to make it look nice!.
After baking the cake, freeze it for 15-30 minutes!. Then, the outer edges of the cake will be firmer and won't crumb away easily, its a simple trick!. Just try to frost is as quickly as possible!. also, be generous with the icing!. the cake will crumb away easier if you're trying to ice too much cake with too little frosting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go to baking supply shop, buy cake decoration such as miniature cars or tennis rackets and tennis balls, and you can make white chocolate frosting , melt white chocolate over hot water add a little cocoa butter and pour over cake that rest on the rack (you need quite a lot of thin frosting) while the frosting still warm!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
To prevent crumbs in your frosting, make sure your cake is completely cooled!. Spread frosting gently from the centre, using the back of a dessert spoon!.
For your frosting idea!. after frosting with chocolate, make an icing mix of icing sugar and warm water and drizzle your design over the chocolate frosting!.
Be artistic, but practice a little before you do the real thing!.

Does he like sprinkles!? If he does, you could sprinkle some colored sprinkles over the frosting!. That would add some color!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The cake won' t be a dull brown! It'll be exquisitely chocolate! Consider pressing some colored sprinkles (or jimmies) into the side of the cake, or crushed nuts, or even crushed Oreo cookies!.
The icing in the recipe below is not black, but fairly light, IMO!. And of course, it tastes great!
