Good, fancy side dish to go with fish?!

Question: Good, fancy side dish to go with fish!?
My sister, best friend, and cousin and I are making dinner for my parents and my best friends parents!. We want it to seem like they are on a double date at a fancy restaurant!. We are making crab - stuffed flounder for the main dish and creme brulee for dessert but we can't think of any side dishes!.

It must be fancy and coordinate well with the other flavors!. Thanks! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
To not make the dish so heavy so they can have room for dessert :-)
Do a wild rice and add golden raisins to add some sweetness, also make a mango salsa!. It would go great with the flounder!.

Mango Salsa

1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno
1/3 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper

Combine the mango, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and mix well!. Season with salt and pepper, to taste!.

Should be a fantastic meal!. Make the salads small and only serve a few of the sides with the fish, as they do in a fancy restaurant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
