Instead of Using Hersheys unsweetened chocolate could I!
Could I use Nesquick powder!? Is it the same its also unsweetened or would it taste funny!. Its the kind for making chocolate milk Im making brownies or a cake ;DWww@FoodAQ@Com

It could be done, in theory!. You'd have to use quite a lot more of the Nesquick powder because it's not pure chocolate, and then cut way back on the extra sugar because it already contains sugar!. I don't know what other ingredients the Nesquick has in it, but they might effect the outcome!. Try it and let us know!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nesquik has a lot of sugar in it already - try to use recipes that are written specifically for Nesquik!. Like these -
