haha good timesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pancakes

Ingredients:
6 cups all purpose flour
1 ? teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
For every 2 cups of dry use:
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs separated
2 cups buttermilk (if unavailable add 1 1/2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to each cup of warm milk)

Steps:
1!. Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and the sugar!.
2!. Now mix the together the buttermilk and the egg whites and than mix together the melted butter with the egg yolks and than mix together the two liquids with a whisk!.
3!. Than put them on a frying pan at the correct heat you can tell by putting a few drops of water on it than if it moves around its perfect if not than turn the heat on higher or lower!.
4!. than put some pancake mix on the frying pan and than wait until bubbles start to set on the top of your pancake and than check the bottom of your pancake if it’s a nice golden brown than flip it over if not keep waiting!. once flipped wait for about 2 minutes and serve with some maple syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let's assume you know how to read the box of mix,,,, or make a mix from scratch!.

Heat up a griddle or fry pan, medium high (375 to 400)!.

Pour in about a 1/4 cup for regular size pancakes!. Only do one at a time, until you get the hang of how much they spread, and turning them!. It's not as easy as it looks, turning in a fry pan,,,,

When the pancake has alot of little holes on the back, and the edges look dry - (they have lost that wet look sheen) - they are ready to turn!.

Turn them over, and wait till they almost quit steaming!. At this point it is OK to lift up the edge and look to see if it is brown enough for you!.

The first batch, for some reason, always has a spotchy complexion, but the rest of the ones after that usually even out in tone!.

Keep a glass plate or oven dish, in the oven, at just over WARM!. This is a great way to keep them warm, while you cook them all!.

Once you get the hang of flipping them, go ahead and put in as many in the pan or on the griddle you are comfortable with!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most of us cheat and use mixes!. Bisquik makes good pancakes - requires egg and milk!. Krusteaz mix is "just add water!."

It takes about one minutes to mix the ingredients - just mix with a fork to remove most of the lumps, no need to get out the mixer!. Heat up a skillet on a medium heat, spray with Pam or wipe with an oiled napkin or melt a little butter in the pan - don't let it burn!. Pour about 1/4 cup of mix for big pancakes, a couple of tablespoons for "dollar" pancakes!. Cook until the top bubbles or you can see brown around the edges!. Flip, and cook 30-60 seconds more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

right, well heres your ing:
1 cup flour
1tbspn baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
water/milk
butter

right, so you sift all th edry ingredients together, then you make a well in the center and pour in enough liquid to make a gloopy mixture- remember that its better to add more later than to have too much!.
then you seperate the eggwhites and add the yolk to th gloopy mixture and mix till smooth!. then take the eggwhites in a clean bowl and whisk until very very fluffy!.(if you want to test if its fluffy enought, hold the bowl over your head and if it doesnt fall, youre home, if it DOES fall, well, stop cooking and go shower)
right, once that is nice and fluffy fold it gently but firmly ino the flour mixture and cook a bt half a cup at a time on a non stick frying pan or hot gridle!. youll know when one side is cooked when little bubbles form, flip, cook the other side for about two minutes, then youre ready to eat!!! drown in maple syrup and butter or sugar and lemon!.!.!.!.!.!.
