Answers:
you can add more seasoning to them or you can put a flour coating !. Mix with your flour spices!. But first use buttermilk to soak ypur pork chops and then add it to your spiced flour mix and bake the pork chop are moist and tasty!. I bake mine at 350, until done!. If you dont want to use buttermilk you can use plain milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I sometimes bread them in crushed corn flakes!. You put seasonings in with the corn flakes!.( I put salt, fresh ground pepper,Adobo seasoning, a little Mrs!. Dash, & a touch of parsley flakes!.) I wash the chops, pat dry with paper towels, dip in buttermilk, then drop into a ziplock bag of the crushed flakes & seasonings!. Shake, put onto a cookie sheet, bake @ 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, according as to how big your chops are & how many you have!. You can also dip them in a beaten up egg, if you don't have or like buttermilk!. You won't think these are bland!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinate the chops before baking for about an hour!. You can use italian salad dressing, or garlic and olive oil and salt & pepper!.

Sometimes I pour a little orange juice, apple sauce or orange marmalade over my chops before baking them - that keeps them tender and gives them good flavor!.

Cover them with onions, mushrooms and a can of cream of mushroom soup before baking and serve over rice or noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I found a better way to cook them than baking and it's much faster and tastier!. I have also found that center cut pork chops with the bone are much better than boneless!.
I marinate mine in Italian salad dressing for about 15 minutes and then cook them on a George Foreman grill for about 8 minutes (depending on thickness) and they are juicy and delicious!.
As a matter of fact I'm having them tonite with corn on the cob!Www@FoodAQ@Com

All of these are fine ideas , but Alton Brown had an episode where he soaked the chops in a "brine"!.
Take a half a cup of salt , a half a cup of brown sugar , half a cup of cider vinegar, some pepper corns , maybe some red peppers!.
Boil the mixture to disolve and release oils in peppers!.
Add ice to bring the temp down to cool!.
Add chops and soak for !.!.!.3 -4 hours (two will work!.)
Rinse off the chops after the soak , the flavor is inside now!.
I usually grill these chops but any method will work!.
I will honestly say that I like these better than steak!.
I gave a link to his brine recipie , it is different , than what I have used!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to bread mine, very simple and easy!. dip them in milk then in bread crumbs seasoned with garlic and parm cheese!. Bake them until their done and just before serving spoon some marinara sauce over them and top with motz!. cheese!. Goes great with pasta and a salad!.

If you don't have time to mess around!. Place them in a baking dish with a tin of tomatoes, garlic, and sliced onion!. Even better if you brown them a little first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before baking, season chops w/spices you wish!. Then, sear them in hot frying pan on each side (just a minute or two) then bake!. Searing keeps juices in and makes spices adhere to meat!.

Hope this helps :P
