Answers:
Get the butt portion!.!.!.!.!.
5-6 pounds will feed about 6 people!.
I like to marinate it for 3 hours first!. Or you can just put on a spice rub!.
Put around 2 inches of water in the bottom of the crock pot!. (Or broth!.)
Layer the bottom with yellow onion slices!.
Place the pork in, fat side down!.
Cook for up to 8 hours or overnight on low!.
Remove the pork and set aside!.
Discard the water and onion!.
Shred the pork with two forks and place back in the crock pot!.
Add two small bottles of bbq sauce and a tablespoon of brown sugar and a sprinkle of cumin!.
Stir and let cook on low until you are ready to eat!

I usually use a boneless pork butt roast (I usually buy it when it's on sale) I cook mine in a crock pot with a little bit of water for moisture, cook it on either high or low setting and cook according to how many pounds of meat that you have!.Then I take the roast out (usually in pieces because it is so tender) and I dump out the water from the crock pot,I shred the pork roast and put it back in the crock pot and add your bottles of BBQ Sauce (however much you desire) and then just heat this through!. P!.S!. when I first start the roast I add onion powder and garlic powder and seasoned meat tenderizer (not alot of these items just a little bit)!.Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably the easiest would be to put a seasoned pork butt in the crock pot with a bottle of barbecue sauce, turn it on and walk a way for a few hours!. The most flavorful, however, is one that has been smoked over indirect heat on a grill for a couple of hours!. Add the sauce last, but do rub it with a mixture of smokey paprika, chili powder, garlic, kosher salt, onion powder, cumin and fresh ground pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i cook on the grill all the time!. i put my meat on the grill!. let it brown turn 4 or 5 times so it doesn/t burn!. i spread a large piece of foil on the table and put whatever spices on that i want!. i wrap all the way except at one end then i put a little water in the package that i just created!. put back on the grill and turn several more times until done!. melts in your mouth and will fall of the boneif bone in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
