What's an easy, good way to make stir fry?!

Question: What's an easy, good way to make stir fry!?
I've made stir fry before, but it's never really that great!. I got chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, rice, etc!. I also have teryaki sauce and soy sauce!.

also, what's a good marinade for the chicken!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
blanch your veggies first, just until about 1/2 way cooked!. that way they will be fully cooked after putting them in the wok/pan!. don't blanch your bean sprouts though!. those cook pretty quickly!.

cook your chicken separately, just using sesame oil or peanut oil, or whatever you have on hand, you can add a little bit of salt and pepper, but not too much or it will be too salty at the end!. there really is no need for a marinade for the chicken in a stir fry!.

put enough oil in your wok that is in proportion to the amount of food you are preparing!. heat up the oil and add all your ingredients at one time!. keep the food moving almost constantly until hot!. add some of your soy sauce and just a tiny amount of the teriyaki sauce with a little bit of water!. cook until water is evaporated and it should be perfect!. don't forget salt & pepper!

as for the rice, just white rice works best with stir-fry!. good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stir-fry is just a technique to use whatever veggies you have!.
Things like carrots need to be sliced thinly to cook through!.
Things like beans sprouts go in last, because they cook fast!.
Prepare everything first, & get your oil hot in the wok!.
Marinate the chicken in soy sauce with some sesame oil!.
Cook the rice separately, start the meat in another pan!.
Add a little water, with cornstarch, to make a sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
