Question: The name of a mexican dish
I had a really good mexican dish at a friends house and I cant figure out what it was called my friend said it was some thing like chiquita or chakita!? it has rice and chicken in side of a pita like bread!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like it could be a Gordita!. This is a corn based item, flattened out like a tortilla but smaller, fried and then cut in the middle to make a pocket (like a pita) and then stuffed with whatever you like or is available!. The link below shows a pic of what I'm talking about!.
