Potato wedges!. Wash a few potatoes (1-2 per person, depending on the size of the potatoes) and cut them into wedges lengthwise, leaving the skin on!. Lightly oil your hands with olive oil and handle all the potato wedges to oil them very lightly!. Sprinkle on a little salt!. Place them on a cookie sheet, a cut side down, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes!. Turn them over so the other cut side is down, and bake another 15-20 minutes!. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving!.

Add a nice green salad, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yum - lucky you!. More buffalo steaks would be my first choice!
Any beefy-like side would be good!. A baked potato, and ear of corn, pasta salad or hot pasta with maybe garlic and butter!. A loaf of french bread or garlic bread!. Of course a green salad is always good too!. Any veggie like steamed green beans or carrots served simply with butter and salt and pepper would be good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pasta salad!.
Conchiglie

Just boil some pasta shells(conchiglie)!. allow them to cool a while!.
When they've cooled a bit add a little extra virgin olive oil and seasoning!.
Then add some cubed mozzarella (buffalo of course!) and roughly chopped fresh vine ripened tomatoes!.
Finish with a handful of fresh basil and carefully mix together!.
Simple and tasty!.
