I freeze mine all the time!. I do make mine with flour!. My mother in law used to make hers with cornstarch and it didn't freeze well!. Ended up watery!.!.!. I just freeze it in baggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, but if it's thickened w/ flour, expect lumps!. You can usually whisk/beat those out, though, as you heat it!. Do not boil it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
