I can't think of much to add to the bacon per se, but my local pub/restaurant does a fabulous salad bowl with bacon, chopped chicken breast and potato salad, all mixed with tomatoes, cucumber and whatever salad leaves seem to be going!. It's never exactly the same twice, but is always excellent!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shallow fry it in small pieces until crispy, in virgin olive oil, garlic puree, finely chopped chilli, and spring onion, and some black pepper!. This should liven it up a bit!. You could also put some small croutons in the salad to add a little crunch to it!.

Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could always add a little garlic and onion powder to it, but I personally would leave the bacon as is and put the seasonings for the entire salad in the dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
