How do I season the actual meat on a cornish hen?!

Question: How do I season the actual meat on a cornish hen!?
NOT the skin, but the meat!. I don't have anything special right not to stick in the meat!. Just basic kitchen utensils since most of my things are packed!. I just have my baster!. I am cooking them in a broiler over!. (The plug in unit)Www@FoodAQ@Com

First, you take off the skin, then put the seasoning on the meat!. when ur done seasoning it, let it sit for about and hour or two!. Then, put the skin back on, then season the enire thing!. Marinate it if u want, then broil it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can cut the skin back and season the meat with whatever spices you like then pull the skin back and use rosemary (which is small stick like herb) to pin the skin back in place!. Then broil!. The seasons will cook into the skin and into the meat and the juices will release the taste when cut!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rub your seasoning UNDER the skin!.
It's also good to stuff a small onion and some diced celery into the cavity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
