Chewy Sugar Cookies

2 ? c!. flour
? c!. sugar for decoration
Preheat oven to 350°!. In a large bowl, cream together butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy!. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla!. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned at the edges!. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely!.
