I got chips but I got no dip. How can I make a quick & tasty cheese dip using cream cheese and what else?!
I've only got a few items in my kitchen so what could I make without going to the store!?

Depends on what your idea of a great dip is!. All goes along with your sense of taste!. Personal preference, so forth!.
Cream Cheese Dip --
1 packet of cream cheese / what you've got
1 table spoon of sour cream / milk [helps soften up]
garlic / diced or finely chopped!. [if you do not have this throw in some garlic powder]
1 or 2 pinches [preference] of some basil & parsley!.
1 packet of cream cheese
1 table spoon of sour cream / milk [helps soften up]
2 lightly sprinkles of chili powder / flakes
1 tsp of garlic [finely chopped]
1 sprinkle of oregano
1 sprinkle of silantro
1 packet of cream cheese
1 table spoon of sour cream / milk [helps soften up]
1 tsp of parsley
1 tsp of basil
1/2 lemon squeezed

That sounds pretty good- you will need to thin the dip with sour cream or plain yogurt- all your chips will break otherwise!. This is the easiest dip in the world and very yummy- 16oz Velveeta (cubed) and 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies!. Put in slow cooker for 1 hour on high, or heat in microwave or over stovetop until velveeta melts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 can of chili
Shredded cheese (optional)
In a microwavable dish, place the cream cheese block!. Dump the can of chili over the block!. Microwave until cream cheese softens!. Scatter shredded cheddar cheese on the surface!. Microwave until shredded cheese is melty!.

Cream cheese makes great dip! I just put some milk in to thin it!. Sometimes I like it just plain, but it is good with some garlic and parsley in it!. Yum, haven't made it in awhile!Www@FoodAQ@Com
cream cheese and a packet of dry ranch mix (mix in food processor) is the same thing as Boursin cheese, or you could cover the cream cheese in steak sauce and dip your chips into that!. yum!
