Oh,what a fun question, Thanks! I love to buy hamburger meat with some fat in it, don't get me wrong, a good sirloin burger is awesome but if you over cook it, it's like ordering a Well done Filet Mignon!. Finely diced onions always go into my burger mix, as well as a small amount of Canadian Steak seasoning and a drop of two of A1 Bold and Spicy!. A must have is a good hamburger bun, I don't skimp on this and love mine browned with a little butter on it, it just adds so much flavor! (fresh from the Bakery so they are nice and soft) High heat, quick sear to seal in all the juices, cooked to perfect Medium rare, then thrown under the broiler to melt my sauteed portabello mushrooms (with butter and thyme) fresh Boca Mozzarella and I'm in heaven! To me, this is my favorite recipe and a treat to myself, being on a budget and all! Happy cooking to you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put a whole bunch of worcestershire sauce on my thawed out ground meat, then i put about a half a teaspoon of garlic powder in the mixture, a teaspoon of Tony Chacheres Cajun seasoning (you can order it online) [I'm from New Orleans, so it's in every store around here!.]
Then mix in a half of an onion chopped really small, a half of a cup of italian bread crumbs to hold it all together and give it extra flavor, and one egg!.

Mix it well with your hands, (make sure you wash them first)
but don't keep kneading the ground meat too much or it will fall apart once it starts cooking!.

Just mix it enough until it's all blended together:)

I like it on the BBQ grill, a George Foreman grill, or just a plain old pan on top of the stove!. Serve on a dressed bun!.!. DELICIOUS!

P!.S!. If you cant order Tony Chachere's, don't worry about it!. Just the other ingredients alone will make you say!.!.
"MMM This IS a tasty burger!" lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
