Can I used baked eggs instead of hard boiled in my egg salad?!
The other day I accidentally overcooked my baked eggs for breakfast (in a ramekin in a water bath in oven)!. I noticed they tasted exactly like hard boiled eggs!. Can I (over)-bake them en mass to save time and peeling 2 dozen individual eggs when I make a large egg salad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
