Fry or bake lemon pepper chicken?!

Question: Fry or bake lemon pepper chicken!?
I marinated two pieces of chicken in a lemon pepper marinade, we are out of propane for the bbq!. What would be better, if I bake the chicken in the oven or if I used a frying pan and cook it on the stove!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bake it ! Try 400 for @ 25 minutes for crisper skin ! or

In a baking dish put a cup of rice and cup and 1/2 of broth or water add chopped onion , mushrooms, green onion( white only) or anything else veggie salt, pepper, lemon zest stir then place chicken on top , cover in a 375 oven til rice sets and chicken is fall off bone tender! about 35 to 45 min!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can pan saute it !.!.!.!. don't "fry" it!. Saute takes just a little oil and doesn't take too long to caramelize (or brown) the outside!.

If I were you I would BROIL it in the oven!. That method is the most like grilling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can bake it or cook it in some liquid on the stove top covered in a sauce pan!. But don't "fry" it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I prefer to grill in the oven, but baking would be fine!.
Your time and temp are good!.
