Answers:
A small steak would do great pan fried!. Add a tablespoon of oil in to the pan and heat to medium high!. Add the steaks and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side!. It should be a perfect medium rare!. If you want more flavor use butter instead of oil!. Don't forget to season the steaks with salt, pepper and some garlic powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would recommend a grill (either outdoor or George Foreman)!. I always use my outdoor grill and preheat to medium high!.!.!.!.we like our steaks medium rare too!. Usually 5-6 mins per side works for us!.!.!.but watch it b/c your heat may vary!. also, don't flip till they're ready!.!.!.Emeril says that if it still sticks to the grill, its not ready to be turned!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depending upon the cut of, they will require cooking for 3-4 minutes per side, or cut up and braised for40-50 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

in a pan!. on low!. cook it slow and watch it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

brown them on a hot pan both sides then cook for 3 mins each side over medium heat, leave to rest b4 cutting,Www@FoodAQ@Com

do you have a toaster oven!? if not, just season & cook at low temp(350) wrap in foil & check oven frequentlyWww@FoodAQ@Com
