I dont know how to cook?!


Question: I dont know how to cook!?
what can i cook thats really easy and good!. not like any tv dinners or cereal!. i mean like real food!. ive never cooked before!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always enjoy dumping some food in oven trays!.

sugestions:

1!.for seasoning, just blend some butter with some garlic (2 cloves for a small tray)!. then you can just mix in and stir some black pepper, paprika, italian herbs ( mix and match or you can put these 3)!. dont forget to sprinkle some salt in too!.

2!.for main ingredient, you can use potatos cut in cubes, mushrooms (button, shitake or white) , small cubes or grinded of beef!. all these options can also be mix and match or all of them!.

3!. mix the main ingredient with seasoning, spread them in the tray!.

4!. chop parsley finely, sprinkle on top!. (optional)

5!. oven baked

can eat with any suitable bread!. ie: tortilla, french bread, toast bread etc!.!.

Shepherds Pie!.
500g (1lb) Minced Lamb!.(beef will do)
1 Large onion!.
2 Beef cubes!.
1 ? C Water!.
? C Frozen peas!.
? C Diced carrot!.
2T Cornflour!.
4C Potato!. (mashed)
? C Grated cheese!.
Season to taste!.
Chop onion and brown lightly, add mince and brown!. Crumble in the stock cubes, add 1C of water, carrots and peas!.
*Simmer for 10 minutes
Thicken with cornflour mixed with ? cup water and cook for a couple of minutes!.
Spread out in a pie or baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes!. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 190C (375F) for 20 minutes until the potato has browned and the cheese has melted!.
If made with beef it would be called Cottage Pie!.

*At this stage you could cook a little longer until all is ready and serve to skip the baking part!. (something I do frequently)

For a really easy pasta dish!.!.!.!.Boil one pound of Spaghetti, fettucini or linguine!.!.!.!.!.in another pan heat up 1/4 cup olive oil, mixed with 4Tbl butter and saute some garlic in it, add some torn up basil!.!.!.!.Toss with drained pasta, add salt, pepper and grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese to taste!. Spaghetti Alioli!.
