Leaving brand names aside, my favourite cheese would be a nice mature Cheddar!.

Recently my fiancee and I discovered many different types of cheese!. Having tried most cheddars on offer at our local supermarket, we bought a block of "Five Counties" It's layered with five different types of cheddar!. It tastes absolutely gorgeous with some grapes and a nice glass of cider over ice!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gorgonzola Italian cheese - I have found an Italian guy selling this cheese at my local street market for £1 a packet - enough for a week anyway!. Yum heaven!.

I only like Dairylea and cheese strings
I like Dairylea coz its sweeter than other cheese, It doesnt smell and its EXTREMELY spreadable!
I like cheese strings coz you can turn it into a moustache and its very fun to play with and pull apart and its just yummy!.
I just think other cheese is horrible!.!.!. YUCK!!!

Boursin Gournay Cheese: Garlic and Fine Herbs is the best, but they have several and they are all WONDERFUL!. I like to take the cheese and put it on a fresh basil leaf, and eat it just like that!. It's beautiful!Www@FoodAQ@Com
