Does anyone bake in a convection oven!

You need to lower the temperature about 25 degrees and then it's the same as a conventional oven in terms of recipes!. It's a wonderful thing because food cooks a lot more evenly because the oven's not hotter on the top than it is on the bottom!. So if you're baking cookies, for example, you can put a sheet on every rack and they will all cook the same!. Some newer convection ovens automatically adjust the temperature so you don't have to lower it 25 degrees!. Check your oven's documentaiton unless it's older!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
