Can I still cook it?!

Question: Can I still cook it!?
I defrosted some boneless chicken in a Ziploc bag in cold water (changing it every 30 min) when it was done defrosting, I noticed that there was water in the bag (maybe from the chicken!?)!. Is it still all right to use the chicken!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes, you can pat it dry with a few paper towels!. You could even cook it "wet" depending on what you're going to do, soup!? OK, stew!? Ok, baked!? OK too, where you have to watch it is if you fry it or put it in hot oil, as putting something wet or water into hot oil can cause a fire, burn you from splatters or both!.

Wash hands and utensils with hot water and soap after handling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
