What's the best way to melt cheese?!


Question: What's the best way to melt cheese!?
I wanna make nachos but i don't know how to melt cheese so it would be like what you get at a concert or movie ,etc!.Please help me!.

Ingredients
1 pound block of processed cheese
4 ounces can diced green chilies
1/2 cup picanti sauce
Optional: milk to thin cheese sauce

Directions
Simply melt the block of processed cheese on range top or in microwave!. Stir in diced green chilies and picante sauce!.
Serve warm with chips

NACHO CHEESE SAUCE

1 1/2 c!. pioneer country gravy mix
2 c!. water
1 can Rotel tomatoes and diced green chilies (1/2 can)
1 lb!. Velveeta cheese

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil!. In separate bowl, mix with fork remaining water and gravy mix until bump free!. Pour gravy mixture into boiling water and whisk vigorously until thickened!. Remove from heat!.

In a crockpot, pour gravy mixture and 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies!. Add cheese (cut into 1 inch squares)!. Heat until cheese melts!. Serve!.

You can buy canned nacho cheese, or just melt some veveeta or american cheese with a dash of milk!.

You can also add green chili's, jalapenos, salsa, hamburger etc!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the cheese you dip nacho's in isnt melted cheese its a special cheese referred to as nacho cheese or liquid cheese or melted cheese(but people only call it that because they dont know)!.

well Like regular cheese squares you can put in a bowl and let them start to melt and then add a bit of milk to make it smooth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
