Answers:
I just use the leaves!. Enough to make a good tablespoon full, per 2 avacados!. I usually use scissors to snip it up!. Yum yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Guacamole Recipe

3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat!. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated!. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash!. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic!. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice!. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve!.

The leaves!. Cilantro is a great flavor but strong!. So if you're using fresh cilantro use just a bit and then taste it before adding more!. I usually add minced garlic, lime juice, and salt to mine as well as cilantro!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I chop the leaves, very fine!. I add a little juice from a lime, chopped tomatoes, salt (kosher is better) and thats it!. Mash it all together and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I make it at home I just chop the leaves with a knife!. At work we toss the whole bunch in the food processor, stems and all!. Either way it tastes great!Www@FoodAQ@Com
