Question: How do i make plain breaded boneless pork chops
i am just looking for the most basic way to cook 4 chops thoroughly with bread crumbs and flour as the breadingWww@FoodAQ@Com

Boneless Pork Chops

Clean and wash Pork Chops!. Clean residue off with butter knife Rinse bone parts well if using boned pork chops!.

Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper!. Scramble some eggs with a little milk added in a dish!. Dip pork chops in egg and flip side to side!. You may have to add more eggs!. Keep beating or turning over the mixture with a fork often!.

Add some more salt and pepper, then roll in cracker meal or crumbs!.

Brown in an electric frying pan in butter for about 15 minutes!.

(May be stored in refrigerator until used!.) Place in dripping pan with small amount of water to steam!. Keep moist!. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours!.

Season your flour with salt, pepper and any other spices you like!. Place the flour and bread crumbs in separate plates/

break one egg, scramble it thoroughly!. Add three tablespoons of water!.

Dip your chops in the egg water mix, wetting both sides!. Let the excess drip off then dredge in the flour, covering both sides and the edges!.

Dip in the egg water mix again and dredge the chops in the bread crumbs!.

Heat a small amount of oil in a medium-large skillet on high!.

Place your chops in the hot oil for two minutes and turn!. Cook the other side on high for two more minutes and then turn the heat down to medium and slowly cook the chops until they reach an internal temperature of 165*F!.

If you have bread crumbs and pork meat it is so easy, just marinade your meat with salt and pepper, you may add seasoning or herbs as you like, coat meat lightly with ordinary flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs, fry until golden brown on both sides!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
