Is it supposed to be a 'cup'!? Or something else!? How much it is supposed to be in 'ounces' or 'grams'!? Please help! Thank you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It is one cup which is 8 ounces and as for grams it depends on what you are measuring as for the weight vs mass Geanulated sugar would be 200 grams but brown sugar Which is heavyer in density is 220 grams! Now flour which is lighter is 125 grams Water would be 236 grams So i would just use measuring by cups ounces and so on!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you do use brown sugar, it is to be put in a flat top (Level)

Use a measuring cup!. 8 oz!. per cup, but you need to pack down brown sugar!. Unless a recipe calls for light brown sugar, I ALWAYS use Dark Brown sugar!. This has more molasses in it!. It packs down better and has a much richer taste in recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
