i got these form my cookbook on my computer!.
Low-Fat Chicken Spaghetti
4 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 (8 ounce) bottle low fat Italian salad dressing
Cooked spaghetti
Stir fry chicken and pepper strips until chicken is near done and peppers are still slightly crunchy!. Add salad dressing and simmer for about 10 minutes!. Add tomatoes during the last 5 minutes, just to heat them!.
Serve over hot spaghetti!.

Low Fat Vegetable Soup
1 (14!.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 (14!.5 ounce) can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
1 (14!.5 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1 (14!.5 ounce) can whole new potatoes, drained and cut into cubes
1(14!.5 ounce) can low-fat or non-fat chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in large pot!. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes!.
Yield: 4-6 servings

3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup (8 ounces) pineapple rings (packed in juice)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced scallions
4 green bell pepper rings
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper!. Cook in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown, about 20 minutes!.
Add remaining ingredients, turning occasionally, until liquid is almost evaporated and chicken is glazed and cooked!.

on a piece of foil lay sliced onions,top with thinly sliced carrot ,chopped broccoli,and top with chicken breast season to taste with S&P,wrap foil tightly and bake for 30 mins at 350!.!.!.
