Question: Cheesecake spring pan!?
What can you use to make cheesecake without a springpan!. I don't have a spring pan and want to make cheesecake so I was wondering if there is any other way to make the cheesecake without the spring pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Use any pan but line the bottom and sides with parchment!.
Cut a round shape the exact size of the bottom of your pan!.
Cut a single strip long enough to completely span the circumference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with the fat man!! Line the bottom and the sides with parchment! Don't just do the bottom, it will make it much easier to get out if line the sides!. Try cutting strips a little bit wider that the depth of your pan, then spraying the sides of your pan with non-stick spray and then lining the sides with the strips!. That's my tip for the sides! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make it in whatever you want!. but your gonna have to cut the pieces out of the pan and serve them like that!.!.!.like you prob wont be able to take the whole thing out in one whole nice piece to displayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try lining the bottom of the pan with parchment paper!. Then (once the cheesecake is COMPLETELY cooled), you can invert it onto a plate!. Then right side up again!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use any kind of pan, the cheesecake just doesn't come out as easily!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You really need a springform pan, or you can't get the cheesecake out of it! Besides, cake layer pans aren't tall enough!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
