eat for lunch or dinner!. i dont know
if youll like them but i make them all the time!.
here you goo:
Easy BBQ Beef Sandwich
1 loaf homemade Italian bread
1 pound ground meat
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
6 slices of American cheese (or as many as desired)
Cut the loaf of bread in half!. Pull some of the bread out of the halves (save for later)!. Cook and drain meat!. Mix the drained meat and BBQ sauce!. Pour the meat mixture into the bread half!. Put the slices cheese on top, then the other half of the bread!. Wrap in foil!. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 25-30 minutes!. After it cools for about 10 min, cut into slices, and serve!.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich
2 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 buns (firm-type bread)
Caesar dressing (prepared or homemade)
Parmesan cheese
Shredded lettuce leaves
Grill the chicken!. Toast the buns!. Spread the dressing on the buns!. Add the chicken!. Top with Parmesan cheese and lettuce!.

Italian Sandwiches
4 sub buns
4 Italian sausages, sweet, mild or hot
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 jar pizza sauce
Grill your sausage until done!. Slice buns open like a hot dog bun!. Spread some pizza sauce inside, then place a sausage and cover with cheese!. Wrap with foil and place over coals or on grill just long enough to melt cheese!. Add mushrooms or whatever other garnishes are desired and available!.

Bratwurst Lasagna Wraps
6 lasagna noodles
3 slices mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound bratwurst
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
Cook and drain lasagna noodles!. Divide bratwurst into six pieces!. Split bratwurst lengthwise and stuff with half a slice of mozzarella cheese!. Wrap each piece in a noodle!. Place in a casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce!. Cover with foil!. Bake for 30 minutes!.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese!.

Pueblo Hamburger Stew
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
5 roasted green chiles (to taste), peeled, seeded and chopped fine
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Put oil in skillet; when warm, add onion and fry until onion becomes soft!. Add meat, stirring with fork to break it up!. Fry slowly until meat loses red color!. Pour off fat!. Add potatoes and chiles!. Stir together and add just enough water to prevent sticking to pan!.
Optional: Add chopped tomatoes, corn kernels, peas, etc!. Cover and simmer slowly until potatoes are done, about 30 minutes!. Add salt to taste!.

Fried Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni or shells
3 eggs
1 cup cheese of your choice
Cook macaroni according to package directions!. Drain!. Place in a large bowl and mix in eggs and cheese until combined!.
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and add the macaroni mixture and fry as you would potatoes!.
most of these are quick & easy!.
