Can you reduce the sodium content and retain some of the flavor in noodles if you drain the soup?!

Question: Can you reduce the sodium content and retain some of the flavor in noodles if you drain the soup!?
Answers:
yes, while the noodles do contain some sodium by themselves, the soup contains the most!. for best results simmer the noodles in the soup for awhile and then drain!. you'll cut down on sodium and its also satisfying!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That would probably help!. The bulk of the sodium is in the broth!. If you're making ramen noodles, don't use the whole flavor pouch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't eat the broth and I don't use a flavor packet like in Ramen noodles so I think that helps cut down on some of the sodium!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

In my experience, yes!. Most of the sodium is in the broth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
