Steak sauce recipes anyone?!


Question: Steak sauce recipes anyone!?
Hi all, we are having steak tonight with campers potatoes!. (small red potatoes with onions and all colored peppers in Italian dressing baked till tender) I was wondering if anyone has any good steak sauce recipes!. Not A1 or Heinz 57!. Bernaise sauce is great on any cut of meat and I even like it on my burgers!. It's a very light creamy sauce that is both flavorful and delicious!.
I have never had any luck making it at home so I stick to my local grocers package!. You add liquid and heat and it is wonderful once thickened!. It is just quicker and easier to use the store bought but by all means here is the recipezaar recipe!.

Ing:
*1/2 cup raisins
*1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cups white vinegar
1 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup malt vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
2 tsp apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp turmeric

Dir:
1!. Make a raisin puree by combining the first two ingredients in a food processor or blender!. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth!. Measure 1/4 of this puree into a medium saucepan!.
2!.Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth!.
3!. Increase heat to medium high, and bring to a rolling boil!. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 1/2 hour, or until desired consistency!. Let sauce cool!. Refrigerate in covered container (at least 24 hours recommended for optimum flavor)!. Makes 3 cups!.

*1/2 C!. orange juice
*1/2 C!. raisins
*1/4 C!. soy sauce
*1/4 C!. white vinegar
*2 T!. Dijon mustard
*1 T!. grated orange peel
*2 T!. catsup
*2 T!. chili sauce

Dir:
Bring all the ingredients to a boil, and then boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly!. Remove from the heat!. Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm!. Pour the mixture into a blender until it is smooth!. Pour it into a bottle and cap tightly!.

*2 cups ketchup
*2 garlic cloves, minced
*2/3 cup chopped onion
*1/2 cup each lemon juice, water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar
*1/4 cup soy sauce
*1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
*2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Dir:
Combine all of the ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat!. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes!. Strain if desired!. Cover and refrigerate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

South American Steak Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 15oz!. bottle soy sauce
1 6oz!. can tomato paste
6 Tbls!.distilled white vinegar
3 tsp!. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp!. cayenne powder
1 tsp!. paprika
1/4 tsp!. cumin
1/4 tsp!. sage

Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients together!. Let stand in refrigerator overnight so flavors can blend!. Stir before use!. Refrigerate when not in use!. Makes 4 cups sauce!.
Especially good marinade for steaks and pork chops!. Pour amount wanted over steaks and chops, and refrigerate aproximately 4 hours turning once or twice!. Grill until desired doneness!. also works well as a dipping sauce for steaks or chops!.

You can Saute some onions and garlic!.then mix some KC BBQ sauce!.Put a touch of Cheyenne pepper it !. Wallah you will have one of the best steak sauces out there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a quick and easy steak sauce that tastes really close to A1, mix equal parts ketchup and Worcestershire sauce together!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
