What kind of side dishe can i make to go along with meat?!

Baked Spinach with Three Cheeses
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup grated Edam cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons fresh bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 (10-ounce) packages ready-to-use fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350*C (175*C)!. Lightly butter a 12-inch oval gratin pan or an 11 x 7-inch baking dish!.
Mix onion, feta cheese, Edam cheese, blue cheese, dill, nutmeg, bread crumbs, egg yolk and nutmeg in a small bowl!. Set aside!.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat!. Add spinach and saute until wilted and juices evaporate, about 3 minutes!. Transfer to strainer; drain well!. Shake strainer up and down to remove as much liquid as possible!.
Arrange spinach in prepared baking dish!. It will make a thin layer!. Top with onion mixture!. Sprinkle with Parmesan!. Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes!.
Heat broiler!. Broil spinach, about 6 inches from broiler element, until cheese is golden brown on top, watching closely to prevent burning, about 2 minutes!.
Serve warm or hot!.
Makes 4 side dish or 12 appetizer servings!.

bake potato (make sure you poke a few holes in it so they do not explode)!. You can make them on a grill, or toaster oven, and of coarse a regular oven!.The potatoes will be done when a fork can go through it!. Add a little sour cream or butter, or whatever you like when done!.
In the veggie section of your supermarket you can get already packaged carrots!.
string beans (make sure you trim the ends)
Make a small salad, served with a loaf of bread, and wow! You have a wonderful dinner that is fresh and non boxed!.
TIP*** Instead of useing water to cook the carrots and string beans try useing beef broth

It's a salad, a sauce and a meal in itself, if you want it to be!.
It's great with all kinds of meat :)
* 2 just ripe avocados (not too ripe or they will be disintegrate, making your salad look messy)
* 2 thai-style red chilis
* juice of ? lemon
* juice of ? lime
Cut avocados in half, and peel!. Cut in slices as nice as you can manage!. Arrange in a shallow dish!.
Cut chilis lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut in thin slices across!. Sprinkle on top of avocados!.
Whisk together the lemon- and lime juices, and drizzle over the avocados and chili!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 5 cups (about 5 med) peeled, sliced, raw potatoes
* 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1 Tbs!. melted butter or margarine

1!. Heat oven to 350 degrees!.
2!. In med!. saucepan, melt margarine, stir in flour and salt!. Add milk, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly!. Stir in cheeses and potatoes!.
3!. Pour into a 2 qt casserole or individual casserole dishes!. Combine bread crumbs and melted margarine/butter, sprinkle over potatoes!.
4!. Bake covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and potatoes tender!.
5!. Garnish with chopped chives if desired!.

Okay, no more boxes!. Get some fresh vegetables and cook them!. It depends on what kind of meat you are cooking!. Different foods go with certain meats, i!.e!. pork and home fries, meatballs and pasta, meatloaf and carrots, turkey, mashed potatoes and turnips, chicken, potatoes, green beans just to name a few!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
, You can never go wrong with fresh veg's!. But another good box side is brown rice with chopped green bell peppers, chopped mushrooms, and make with veg!. broth and no water!. It is supper good that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
