How do I cook fish or seafood?!
I can never get it to work, sometimes I get it too overcooked or raw!. And then it is usually too salty or bland!. Most of the time I do salmon, shrimp or scallions (they are these circular things, I get them mixed up with scallops)!. Do you guys have any tips on either grilling or baking!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The easiest way is to microwave fillet of fish such as snapper or flounder - try 1 to 1-1/4 lbs!. Lightly butter a glass dish and lay fish inside!. Sprinkle with seasonings of your choice such as salt, lemon pepper, paprika, garlic powder!. Top with dots of butter and freshly chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley!. Seal dish with plastic wrap and microcook for 6 minutes and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes!. The fish fillets should appear opague!. Check it with a fork to see if the fish flakes!. If not, microcook for 1 or 2 minutes more!. EASY and YUMMY!Www@FoodAQ@Com
