Im making broccoli rabe and sausage.. should I slice the sausage into rounds or peel it and crumble?!

For this recipe, I would slice the sausage links, that way you could easily have a bite of both, instead of having crumbled sausage all over your plate with that beautiful Broccoli Raab laying on top!. I hope you enjoy your dinner!Www@FoodAQ@Com
