After frying your food and draining it well, place it in a single layer on a wire rack placed in a baking sheet - place the baking sheet in a 250 degree F!. oven to keep warm!. Do not wrap in paper towels, towels or foil - although this will help keep your food warm, you will lose your crispiness!. By keeping your fried food in a warm oven, you will not only keep it warm but help to maintain the crispness and if you need to, at the last minute place it under the broiler for a few minutes if it needs some recrisping!.

Just leave the food in a cool dry place and it will keep crispy hours!. Don't try to put them in any warm place or cover with anything, this will soon make them not cripy!. Just put them back to the oven to warm up if needed, but remember to leave the oven door open!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

fry everything ahead of time!. Do not over cook it!. Leave it slightly less brown then you want it!. Just before serving put the food back in the fryer for about another 30 seconds or longer to finish cooking and everything will be crispy and hot for serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep it in the oven and just keep an eye on it and refill as needed if you are doing buffet style!.Otherwise just on a baking sheet in the oven on low or warm!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

hey there, have you tried frying the foods and then wrapping them in a paper towel (or paper napkin) and then wrapping that in a tea towel and then in a foil container!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Set oven to lowest temp will keep fried foods hot and crispy for hours!.
Give it a tryWww@FoodAQ@Com

You could put it in a warming tray!.
