Question: Is tomato,lettuce sandwhices with whole grain good for you!?
Maybe a stupid question, but I was wondering if it is safe to diet on these sandwhices since I love them so much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes all these things together are very good for you!. Use bright red tomatoes, more licopene, and darker green leaf lettuce (romaine) or baby spinach, more iron!. Be careful when selecting breads though, a lot of whole wheat breads on the market have high fructose corn syrup!. Read your labels!.

It's good, but you are going to need protein along with it if it's for a meal!. You can always use a low-fat or soy cheese!. (Or have a boiled egg on the side!.) Skipping protein can cause weakness, anxiety, and fatigue, among other chronic health issues!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
