Recipe for banana muffins, what do you add?!
Does anyone have a recipe for sugarless banana muffins, something that's a bit different!? I was thinking of adding plain vanilla yogurt, do you think that will go and how much should I add!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Adding yogurt would provide extra depth to the banana bread, and a little tang, too! I've added yogurt to banana bread before and it's been great, just remember to decrease some of the other liquid in the recipe or the bread will be soggy!.

I can't answer I'm laughing too hard!. Your question reminds me of the old Cheech and Chong skit with the pizza delivery man: "Hey lady, here's the pizza you ordered, and HERE'S THE PEPPERONI! <zip> [scream scream]"!.
Best of luck with your "bananna" muffins!. I'll go back into my hole since you're probably a church going mom lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
