Question: How long should I fry a 3/4" thick boneless pork chop on the stove!?
Answers:
I toss mine in a flour sack that is seasoned, a ziplock bag and coat the chops!.

then with the oil hot I sear the outsides of the chops about 1 to 2 minutes on each side and turn the heat down to medium, and cook on each side for about 5 minutes!. Cut a slit in the center of one to test for doneness!. If it bubbles clear it is done!. If there is a pink center, cook another 5 or so minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
