There are no problems with meat from roo meat the tail is about the only problem it can get some worm but are checked by inspectors before they are sent any were enjoy eating our mascot it is fat free also cloistral free enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I ate raw lever and meat at the korean restaurant in Sidney and was very tasty!.

It is quite safe from parisites but I would still not recommend eating raw!.
