THREE CANS OF FISH A DAY IS FINE, BUT THE OIL THAT THEY ARE PACKED IN MAYBE A LITTLE TOO MUCH FOR YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM!.!.!.!. Serves/Makes: 2 - 3
Ingredients:
* 1 can (7 oz!.) sardines (sprats) in oil
* 1/4 lb!. boiled potato
* 1 onion
* 1/4 lb!. tomatoes
* 1 teaspoon oil (from sardines can)
* 4 lettuce leaves
* 1 teaspoon mustard
* 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
* salt and black pepper ground to taste
* Parsley greens
How to cook:
* Cut the potato and tomatoes into circles, cut onion into rings!.
* To make dressing, mix the sardines oil with mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper!.

Most canned fish products have way too much sodium to be eaten that often!. You'll have to read the label on the can, but probably you wouldn't want to eat that many of them!. Too much salt can make you bloat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
