Your all set!. This is one of my go toos!.

Boil the chicken and cube it!.
Cook the broccoli!. (bout 10 oz or so)
Cook about 2-3 cups rice
dice the onion and saute in butter
melt some velveeta so you have one cup
melt 1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together and bake it in a casserole!. 375 for 30-40 minutes!. I like to add bread crumbs and drizzle melted butter on top for a crust!. The BEST!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yummy this is what I'm making tonight!
Chicken Broccoli

Saute up chick chunks with a chopped onion
when the meat is no longer pink toss in some broccoli florets and about 1 cup water, bring to a boil and cover for about 4 minutes add some soy sauce, garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste!.!. thicken juices with a corn starch water mixture and serve over rice!.!.

Or you can mix some cooked rice with your broccoli and put it in a baking dish!.!. brown up the chicken and place it on top and pour some kinda cream of soup over, cover and bake for about 1/2 hour or until bubbly!. i would add onion to the chicken myself!.!.

Hope these help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

in large casserole dish combine the following ingredients:
2 cans cream of chicken (mushroom, whatever)
2 cans hot water (use cans from soup)
2 cups rice
mix until lumps are pretty much gone from soup and rice is covered
add in chunks broccoli
place chicken breasts in mixture
cook in oven on 350 degrees for approx 30-40 minutes - until edges are just turning golden brown and soup is no longer soupy
