My kid wants to make MONKEY BREAD... what is that and how do I do it?!


Question: My kid wants to make MONKEY BREAD!.!.!. what is that and how do I do it!?
Answers:

1 - 7!.5 oz tin of biscuits!.
1/3 cup - Brown Sugar
3/4 Tablespoon - Cinnamon
1/2 stick - Margarine


Instructions:

Melt margarine in baking dish!.
Cut each biscuit into four pieces!.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon!.
Coat each biscuit in the sugar/cinnamon mixture and place it in the baking dish!.
Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture over the top of biscuits when all biscuits are in baking dish!.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes!.
When cooking is complete, remove from oven and cool slightly!.
Place a plate over the baking dish and turn it upside down over the sink!.
~ ~This can be a bit messy as extra liquid drains away!.
Remove the baking dish and serve!.

MONKEY BREAD
1 (2 doz) package frozen rolls
1 small pkg!. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 c!. brown sugar
1/4 c!. melted butter
2 tsp!. cinnamon
1/4 c!. chopped nuts
Put a layer of frozen rolls (12) in greased bundt or Angel Food pan!. Sprinkle with 1/2 of each of the other ingredients in order given!. Put remaining rolls on top!. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients!. Cover with waxed paper and let rise overnight (spray the paper with Pam)!. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min!. Watch closely!. Invert on large plate or platterWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's a pyramid of dough balls, usually something sweet and sticky (like sticky buns) that you can pull apart!. I don't know why it is caklled "monkey" bread!.
