Question: Help with Making Gyoza!? Tips and recipes!?
I amw anting to make a good dough!.
I have found some with eggs and some without!.
And some using only boiling water!.
From Experience!.!.!.what works out best!?!?

Go without eggs, for a meatier dish!. Using eggs in the gyoza dough makes it more like a pastry dough, in my opinion!.

Here's a good recipe:

6 ounces water
1 3/5th cups of strong flour Www@FoodAQ@Com
