Baking a Pork Tenderloin ?!

Question: Baking a Pork Tenderloin !?
I seasoned it (salt & pepper, who knows what else), a few cloves garlic, peeled & sliced carrots, potatoes, and tossed in half an onion!. Tossed it all in 2tbls canola oil!.
I covered the dish & threw it in the oven!.

Then got to thinking, does it need a liquid too!?

If so, what!?!?!?

Just want to make sure I don't ruin dinner!

Answers:
Water or apple cider (or apple juice) would be good!. It will probably get dried out without something in there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just put 3/4 cup of water in the bottom of the dish and recover it and place back in the oven, the water is only sitting in the bottom to keep it from drying out, a little water can only help keep it hydrated!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can use apple juice, or plain old water!.!.!. just don't add too much, there is nothing quite like a nice roast tenderloin

depending on what style your going for i would suggest a dark beer or a nice sweet white wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
