Gummy pizza dough...what did I do wrong?!
Last night I made two batches of homemade pizza dough!. The first batch came out perfect!. The second batch was sticky and gummy!. I used the same ingredients and same measurements!. I tried adding a little more flour but the consistency still was just not right so I tossed it!.
Any thoughts!? Could I have saved my bad dough!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would have worked the dough a bit on a floured board to soften it and increase the elasticity!.
