Homemade lemon ice help...?!
I have a recipe for lemon ice that I have made for years and it takes a lot of time due to freezing, mixing, re-freezing, etc!. Has anyone made a lemon (or Italian) ice in an electric ice cream maker and how were the results!? Did the consistency hold up or was it rather slushy!? Thanks in advance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nix the ice cream maker for your Granita, in true fashion the scrapeing procedure is a must for the icy consistancy, a machine, ice cream maker/ food processor with give you the "sorbet" texture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
