How long do I have to soak the cashews for my recipe?!
I have to soak the raw cashews I'm using to make vegan whipped cream!. For how long!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try warm water for 45-60 minutes, I am a former chef and use them as a thickener in my veggie dishes like tofu tikka masala and in my soup instead of processed flour or fats!.
Just buzz them in a blend with the rest of the ingredients, I have made a faux whipped cream with a tub of silken tofu, a package of the fake whipping cream base Dreamwhip and a bit of vanilla soya milk, there is not dairy in the Dreamwhip it just binds the soya milk and tofu together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
