yes, but it won't be as lemon-y!. If you have a fresh lemon, use fresh juice and grate the zest (skin) of the lemon into the dish as well for flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You did not mention what exactly you are preparing!.
Lemon extract has alcohol and is stronger so I would think that you might need more fresh juice to replace it!. Try it by starting out with a small amount of fresh juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lemon extract is stronger but not tart so it won't be the same!. Use lemon zest if you can find itWww@FoodAQ@Com
