Answers:
Your peppers should cook in about 5 minutes!.

Your shrimp needs about 3 minutes a side!. You want it to go from that pale gray color to a pink and brighter white color!.

Sounds like your shrimp will come out YUMMY!!! Enjoy your dinner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Remember, when you marinate seafood in lime juice it will start to "cook",like in ceviche!.!.!.!.!.when I marinate my shrimp I use a little bit of lime juice, fresh garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and hot sauce!.!.!.!.they only take a minute or two on each side, depending on how big they are!.Just grill till you get a nice grillmark on each side!.!.!.very simple!.

As for the bell peppers!.!.!.they will take longer than the shrimp, depending on how big they are cut up!.!.!.brush them with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and about 3 minutes each sideWww@FoodAQ@Com

If the shrimp is fresh they are grey, when they are done they are pink!.

It really depends on how you like your peppers, I like my mushy and it takes 5 minutes or so, it also depends on your grill!.

Unless you're using a grill basket, use 2 parallel skewers for the shrimp so that they don't "spin" when you turn them!.

Good luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com
